Terms & Conditions
Room Payment & SettlementFull payment is required at least 14 days before the booking date. Non-receipt of this will not guarantee any reservations. Cancellations 7 days before the booking date will incur a 50% penalty, and within 48 hours will incur 100% penalty.
Arrival & Departure timesReservations/Check-in commences at 10:00am on the day of arrival and guests are required to check-out before Noon on the day of departure. An extra night's stay will be charged for any additional hours before 10:00am on the day of arrival and after Noon on the day of departure.
DamageExcept in the case of normal wear and tear, guests will be responsible for making good any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, willful damage or irresponsible behavior on the part of those occupying the room. Such damage must be reported, without delay to the reception.
Guests are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the accommodation and its contents. The cost of the repair or replacement will be charged to the room.
Loss or damageThe Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.
Rights of AccessThe Management representatives or their subcontractors have the right of access to the rooms at any time for the purpose of inspection of the room and to carry out any essential repair or maintenance work that may occur.
Injury and DamageNeither we, nor the Hotel Management takes any liability for personal injury, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.
